Auto Hail Insurance Claims — We Handle the Details, You Keep the Factory Finish
Insurance help and speed for your hail claim.
We’ll guide your claim, map all damage under proper hail lights, submit any
supplements, and repair with paintless dent repair (PDR) when paint is intact.
How the claim works (simple + accurate)
Most insurers start with a photo/virtual estimate or an adjuster/drive-in. That first estimate is just a starting point.
We verify damage in-person and, if needed, submit a supplement so the approved amount matches the real repair.
1) File & get a claim number
Use your carrier’s app, website, or phone to open the claim and receive a claim #.
2) Initial estimate (often photos/virtual)
Helpful for speed, but not final—hail is easy to undercount in photos.
3) Required: in-person inspection at our shop
We map dents with hail lights and note any R&I items. This is mandatory for hail; we
do not provide photo estimates for hail. (It’s how we ensure accuracy and protect you from short estimates.)
4) Supplement (if needed)
If the carrier’s estimate misses damage, we handle the
supplement on your behalf with documentation (photos, line-items).
5) Approval & scheduling
Once the supplement/estimate is approved, we schedule repairs and, if needed, help coordinate a rental.
6) Repair & quality check
We use
PDR when paint is intact to preserve factory finish; if panels are cracked/stretched or require replacement, we coordinate body-shop work for a complete result.
